Hello everyone! Let me just start by stating the obvious, there have been a lot of new eye shadow palette releases which is why the last few posts have been about those palettes. Additionally, in case you haven’t noticed in my last few posts, I do currently have eyelash extensions on so I won’t be testing any mascaras in the near future. I’m hoping to branch out to some other new products soon but until then, I have one more eye shadow palette review. Today, I’m sharing my thoughts on the new Lunar Beauty Life’s a Drag eye shadow palette which was created by Beauty YouTuber, Manny MUA. This 14…

Laura Lee Los Angeles Nudie Patootie Collection Review
Hello everyone! I’m super excited about this colleciton review! I’m loving that some of my favorite beauty YouTubers are starting to create their own products! I mean, they reivew cosmetics for a living so who better to create the best products! This week I’m reivewing the Laura Lee Los Angeles Nudie Patootie Collection. This collection includes her second eye shadow palette and three matte liquid lipsticks which are vegan and cruelty free. I love her first pallete, Cat’s Pajamas, so I knew I had to get this one when it was released. As for the lipsticks, I’m very particular about matte liquid lipsticks because I hate when they dry out…

Too Faced Chocolate Gold Palette Review
Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite eye shadow palettes, the Too Faced Chocolate Gold palette. It never really got much hype, even during it’s release. It has some of the best metallic shadows I’ve ever tried! I’m actually quite surprised that it hasn’t gotten much hype. If you couldn’t already tell, I kinda love the palette. So let’s jump into the swatches and how the other shadows preformed. According to the Too Faced website: Take decadence to the next level with a luxurious gold and cocoa powder-infused eye shadow palette that smells as good as it looks. Have a major metallic moment with foiled shadows that…

Belif Pore Cleaner Bubble Foam Review
Hello everyone! I’m back and I can’t believe how fast the last 4 months went by! Let’s start with a little life update before jumping into the review. You may have noticed some things have changed around here. In the last 4 months, I’ve been working behind the scenes to update the back end of my blog for much smoother upkeep and the front end for a site that better represents who I am and what I’m loving in 2018. Let me know what you think! Last year, I decided to take a break and not post during the first couple weeks of June. This year I figured, what better…

Maybelline Total Temptation Mascara Review
Hello everyone! Today I’m reviewing the new Maybelline Total Temptation Mascara. This mascara was released at the end of last year but I didn’t see it in my local CVS until late December/ early January, which is where I purchased it. This mascara reminds me of the L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara. The wand is very fluffy and is marketed to add volume to the lashes. As I said earlier, I purchased this mascara at CVS for $9.49. My local CVS carried 3 shades – Brownish Black, Very Black, and Blackest Black. I purchased the shade Blackest Black to achieve the most drama. According to the Maybelline website: Total Temptation™ Washable…

2017 Beauty Favorites
Hello everyone! Like many say at the start of a new year, I can’t believe another year has passed! One year ago this month, I started blogging on a more serious level and my goal for the year was to post at least once a week. I’m extremely proud to say that I almost did so, only missing a 2 or 3 weeks scattered throughout the year. This year I hope to do the same but really step up my content and maybe update my blog’s theme. However, let’s get onto the real topic of today’s post. I’m going to welcome 2018 by going over my favorite beauty products from…

Maybelline x Gigi Hadid Review
Hello everyone! Today I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the new Maybelline x Gigi Hadid collection. Since I was a little late to purchase the collection, not everything was in stock but I was still able to purchase the items I wanted from both the east and west coast collections. On the Maybelline website, this collection is described as follows: From her home base in NYC to her hometown in LA, the design and details of these three Maybelline makeup collections reveal the story of Gigi Hadid’s life as she sees it, one shade name at a time. I tried not to watch or read any reviews of the collection…

Clé de Peau Beauté Radiant Liquid Rouge: Influenster Voxbox
Hello everyone! Today I’m reviewing the Clé de Peau Radiant Liquid Rouge. I received a full-size tube of this product from Influenster, complimentary for testing. This time, my box didn’t have any extra samples but that’s probably because it includes a full-size item from a luxury brand. This is how it was packaged and sent to me: This lipstick comes in 8 shades and retails for $48 USD. According to the Clé de Peau website, the key benefits of this lipstick are: Unique Tri-laminar technology separates color and shine into three layers for an unparalleled level of color saturation and captivating texture. Brilliant Color Powder creates bright rich color that appears to…

Arbonne Holiday Makeup Review
Hi everyone! Today I’m reviewing two makeup products from the Arbonne 2017 Holiday collection. If you’re new to my blog or haven’t read my older posts, I’m actually an Arbonne Independent Consultant. I was introduced to this amazing company by a sorority sister while job searching after graduation. Arbonne International is a health and wellness company that is all natural, vegan, and follows European guidelines in product production. When I was introduced, I had been doing research on the harmful chemicals in health and wellness products that are sold by well-known companies such as Maybelline, Pantene, and Garnier. Unlike companies in the U.S., Arbonne follows European guidelines, which means that…

Colourpop Haul
Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing the items I picked up during the Colourpop Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sale. Prior to this order, I hadn’t tried anything from Colourpop. I’ve heard so many great things about the brand but I have a hard time convincing myself to blindly buy cosmetics online without seeing the product in person. Even though the brand has amazingly low prices, I decided to purchase one palette on sale in addition to the entire Colourpop x Laura Lee x No Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) collection. I’m a huge animal lover and spent a lot of time in high school volunteering at my local animal shelter so when…
