• MAC x Patrickstarrr Floral Realness Collection Review

Hello everyone! Today I’ll be reviewing the Spring MAC Cosmetics x Patrickstarrr Floral Realness Collection! I decided to purchase the Me So Chic kit because I work in a pretty traditional office setting so I like to keep things on the more neutral side. The Me So Chic kit is perfect for adding a pop of color while still having the option to create neutral looks. The kit retails for $49.50 + tax and includes $97 worth of product. On the MAC website, the collection is described as: PATRICKSTARRR is back to make your beauty dreams blossom with his new floral inspired M·A·C full face kits. This collection is all you…

  • Maybelline x Gigi Hadid Review

Hello everyone! Today I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the new Maybelline x Gigi Hadid collection. Since I was a little late to purchase the collection, not everything was in stock but I was still able to purchase the items I wanted from both the east and west coast collections. On the Maybelline website, this collection is described as follows: From her home base in NYC to her hometown in LA, the design and details of these three Maybelline makeup collections reveal the story of Gigi Hadid’s life as she sees it, one shade name at a time. I tried not to watch or read any reviews of the collection…

  • Clé de Peau Beauté Radiant Liquid Rouge: Influenster Voxbox

Hello everyone! Today I’m reviewing the Clé de Peau Radiant Liquid Rouge. I received a full-size tube of this product from Influenster, complimentary for testing. This time, my box didn’t have any extra samples but that’s probably because it includes a full-size item from a luxury brand. This is how it was packaged and sent to me: This lipstick comes in 8 shades and retails for $48 USD. According to the Clé de Peau website, the key benefits of this lipstick are: Unique Tri-laminar technology separates color and shine into three layers for an unparalleled level of color saturation and captivating texture. Brilliant Color Powder creates bright rich color that appears to…

  • Liquid Lip Showdown: Kylie Cosmetics Velvet Formula vs. Crème Formula

Hello everyone! Ever since Kylie started branching out into different liquid lipstick formulas, I’ve been intrigued by how they all compare to each other. Obviously, a matte liquid lip dries down completely and will not transfer while her two newer formulas, the velvets and the crèmes, don’t dry down and aren’t transfer proof. I haven’t really had the chance to try out the crème formula, which debuted with the KKW collection, and have been curious how they compare to each other. So, this week I’ll be putting the two formulas against each other to test out the differences between them and to see which one I might like better! Let’s start with…

  • 5 Fave Summer Lippies

Hello everyone! In celebration of National Kissing Day (July 6th), I’ve decided to share 5 of the lippies I’ve been loving this summer on my blog this week. I’m really loving easy, “My Lips But Better” colors this summer. My perfect lipsticks are ones that I don’t have to worry about touching up a million times or might move around my face. Also, please excuse the strange lighting in some of the photos. Since the move, I’m still figuring out the perfect place to take pics with natural lighting. In the picture below, I’ve swatched each lip color so you can get an idea of the tones and texture of each…

  • March Faves

Like most people are saying, I can not believe it’s already April. At the end of last year, I had a life-changing realization that as I get older, time seems to pass so much faster. As a kid, I remember waiting and waiting and waiting for Christmas or my birthday to come each year and it felt like I was waiting forever! Now I’m surprised by the arrival by those days. Moving past that, this week I’m sharing my March Faves! I have a few new products as well as products I rediscovered this month so let’s jump right in!   Rimmel Stay Matte Makeup Primer Earlier in the month,…
