Hello everyone! Today I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the new Maybelline x Gigi Hadid collection. Since I was a little late to purchase the collection, not everything was in stock but I was still able to purchase the items I wanted from both the east and west coast collections. On the Maybelline website, this collection is described as follows: From her home base in NYC to her hometown in LA, the design and details of these three Maybelline makeup collections reveal the story of Gigi Hadid’s life as she sees it, one shade name at a time. I tried not to watch or read any reviews of the collection…

Clé de Peau Beauté Radiant Liquid Rouge: Influenster Voxbox
Hello everyone! Today I’m reviewing the Clé de Peau Radiant Liquid Rouge. I received a full-size tube of this product from Influenster, complimentary for testing. This time, my box didn’t have any extra samples but that’s probably because it includes a full-size item from a luxury brand. This is how it was packaged and sent to me: This lipstick comes in 8 shades and retails for $48 USD. According to the Clé de Peau website, the key benefits of this lipstick are: Unique Tri-laminar technology separates color and shine into three layers for an unparalleled level of color saturation and captivating texture. Brilliant Color Powder creates bright rich color that appears to…

Arbonne Holiday Makeup Review
Hi everyone! Today I’m reviewing two makeup products from the Arbonne 2017 Holiday collection. If you’re new to my blog or haven’t read my older posts, I’m actually an Arbonne Independent Consultant. I was introduced to this amazing company by a sorority sister while job searching after graduation. Arbonne International is a health and wellness company that is all natural, vegan, and follows European guidelines in product production. When I was introduced, I had been doing research on the harmful chemicals in health and wellness products that are sold by well-known companies such as Maybelline, Pantene, and Garnier. Unlike companies in the U.S., Arbonne follows European guidelines, which means that…

Colourpop Haul
Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing the items I picked up during the Colourpop Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sale. Prior to this order, I hadn’t tried anything from Colourpop. I’ve heard so many great things about the brand but I have a hard time convincing myself to blindly buy cosmetics online without seeing the product in person. Even though the brand has amazingly low prices, I decided to purchase one palette on sale in addition to the entire Colourpop x Laura Lee x No Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) collection. I’m a huge animal lover and spent a lot of time in high school volunteering at my local animal shelter so when…

Disneyland Holiday Season Trip
Hello everyone! This past weekend, I spent a day enjoying all of the holiday festivities currently at the Disneyland Resort. Both Disneyland and California Adventure have been decorated from head to toe in holiday/ Christmas decorations. Disneyland is already pretty magical but the Holiday season is the most magical time of the year at the parks. I had an amazing weekend visiting my sister and managed to snap a few pics during my trip that I would love to share with you. I hope you enjoy! Disneyland We utilized the Max Pass because we only had one full day to visit the parks. Even though we both have annual passes,…

Covergirl Peacock Flare Mascara Review
Hello everyone! Happy December! I can’t believe it’s the holiday season already. Freeform’s 25 Days of Christmas has begun and the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping continues. Thankfully, I’ve completed all of my holiday shopping and I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with the crowds of shoppers! Today, I’m sharing my thoughts on the new Covergirl Peacock Flare Mascara. In my opinion, the newer Covergirl mascaras haven’t been that impressive. I feel like they keep releasing mascaras with crazy looking applicator wands that make applying mascara more difficult. For instance, the Total Tease Mascara, which I reviewed here, makes sense in theory but when it came time…

Top 3 Dry Shampoos
Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and saved a ton this Black Friday. In order to celebrate the holidays and spend time with my family, I postponed this blog post a few days. This week I’m sharing my all-time favorite dry shampoos and they each serve a different purpose in my routine. The first, which is my number 1 favorite dry shampoo of all time, is the IGK Jet Lag Dry Shampoo. It retails for $29 for a 6.3oz can and $14 for the 1.25oz can. According to the Sephora website: You want your hair to stand out, not your styling products, and this truly invisible,…

5-Star Products Under $10 at Ulta
Hello everyone! Today I have an Ulta haul/ first impressions! I challenged myself to find 5 star rated products under $5. This proved more challenging than I thought it would be but I ended up with 4 products under $5 and one product under $10. I couldn’t find a mascara $5 or under with a 5-star rating so that’s why this blog post is titled “5-Star Products Under $10 at Ulta.” 😜 Also, as a reminder, ratings are forever fluctuating. These items were are 5-star products when I purchased them but they could have changed slightly since then. Now let’s jump-in to my haul/ first impressions! The first thing I found…

Kylie Cosmetics Purple Palette vs. Wet N Wild Petal Pusher Palette
Hello everyone! This week I’m comparing the Kylie Cosmetics Kyshadow Purple Palette and the Wet N Wild Petal Pusher Palette. After I ordered my Kyshadow Palette, I was in CVS and saw the Wet N Wild palette. I thought, Omg! Some of those shades look really similar to the Kylie Purple Palette!” To be clear, I’ll only be comparing some of the shade I thought looked similar to test whether or not they are dupes. I can do a full review of these palettes if you are curious, let me know! 😊 The Wet N Wild palette is an all shimmer palette, meaning none of the shades are matte. The Kylie palette, on the…

Sephora Haul
Hello everyone! This week I have a Sephora Haul for you! Please excuse the terrible photo lighting. I didn’t account for the lighting changes that occur just before Daylight Savings Times. Needless to say, I’ll probably need to invest in some good lighting now that I don’t live in Orange County and there are actually seasons where I live. This is going to be a quick haul because the only things I purchased were the two editions of the PLAY! by Sephora The Beauty Remedy boxes. I’ve previously missed all the other luxury PLAY! boxes so when the had a presale for VIB Rouge members, I decided to get both options. Each version of the box came with 6 deluxe samples of luxury skincare and makeup products. Even…
