• The Return of the Main Street Electrical Parade!

This past Friday marked the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. I am beyond excited that it’s returned and wish it could stay longer than the few months it’s scheduled to be here. It will be running from January 20, 2017 to June 18, 2017. The last time this parade ran on Disney Resort property was in 2010, where it ran in California Adventure before it’s huge makeover. The last time it was in Disneyland however, was in 1996! I’m thrilled that the 20-year wait is over and this parade has returned home! I was able to see the first showing on opening day on Friday…

  • Oh How Time Flies!

I can’t believe it’s been one year since I’ve posted anything! A year ago I was freshly graduated from college, on an unsuccessful hunt for a full-time “real adult” job, and had just started a part-time position at my local Target. Stuck in a rut of rejections, I lost my spark along with some determination. Fast forward to now, I’ve left Target, spent a short time at Ulta Beauty, and started as part-time Stylist at Francesca’s, a Texas-based company – with multiple boutiques around the country – filled with a diverse mix of clothing, bold accessories, and playful gifts that are just as fun to give as they are to receive. Additionally,…

  • New Adventures!

Post Grad life has not been what I expected and I never thought I would say this, but I actually think I miss school! In college, I always said I wasn’t going to go straight to grad school because I was done with school, however, walking around the campus this past month has made me rethink my decision. Nothing is set in stone yet, I’m just waiting to see where life takes me. While waiting, I was introduced to a wonderful company, called Arbonne, by a sorority sister. Arbonne is a health and wellness company that is all natural, vegan, and follows European guidelines in product production. This has been…

  • Life Update… Wow, it’s Been a While!

Hello! Wow, I can’t believe how long it’s been since I last posted! I got way too busy and couldn’t find time to write posts. But I’m back and can’t wait to create more content! Last time you heard from me, I had just gotten back from Vidcon back in July. It’s now September…. Time really does fly! Since you last heard from me, a few exciting things have happened. First, I had the opportunity to attend the Move! Live on Tour. Derek and Julianne Hough are amazing dancers and choreographers! I saw the show last year and didn’t think it could get any better but this year’s show definitely…

  • Vidcon 2015!

Vidcon 2015!! So the 6th annual Vidcon has come and gone and it was so much fun! This was the third Vidcon I’ve attended and it was by far the least stressful. I couldn’t believe how many crazed tween fans there are out there that make events like this horrifying for the slightly more grown-up 20+ year olds.  Last year people lined up as early as 4 am for signings that didn’t happen until after 9:30 am! This means that even if you got in line at 5 am, you would not have been able to meet your favorite YouTuber. Crazy, right?! This year, to alleviate this problem, the put…

  • Disneyland’s 60th Birthday Celebration

-This past Friday, Disneyland officially turned 60 years old and I had the privilege of going to the park on that special day. They encouraged people to “show their Disney side” by dressing in their Sunday Best circa 1950’s. I loved this idea and tried my best, not having any vintage style clothing, to dress the part. I had so much fun just being in the park on its birthday. Disney has been part of my life since I was born. I grew up watching Disney movies and had my first trip to Disneyland when I was 2! Since then my family and I would take at least one trip…

  • My Thoughts on Disney Pixar’s Inside Out

***SPOILER ALERT*** Those you who haven’t seen this movie yet may not want to continue reading! This past Friday, Disney Pixar’s newest movie, Inside Out, was released and I knew I had to see it on opening day! As a huge fan of all things Disney, it has been on my mind since I saw the first trailer. The movie follows a young girl named Riley as she and her family move from the Midwest  to San Francisco. (This hits home since I’m am from the Bay Area!) The movie specifically hones in on Riley, since her emotions are the main focus of this movie. Her emotions – Joy, Fear, Anger,…

  • That Post-Grad Life

Hello everyone! Wow, how time passes! My last post was quite a while ago and I can’t believe what has happened since then. The typical excuses apply as to why I haven’t posted in a while, including a heavy homework load and pre-gradation prep. I recently graduated from Chapman University with a Business Marketing degree and I couldn’t be more excited to get a break from nonstop classes, homework, and studying! But really, I’m both excited and nervous to finally enter the “Real World” and find a “Big Girl” job. I currently working full-time job searching for a full-time job. Confusing, right? I dream of someday working at the Disneyland…
