BECCA x Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette Review

Hello everyone!

As promised in my Birthday Haul post, this week I’m bringing you a review of one of the products from that haul! I’ve decided to start with the BECCA x Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette because it’s summertime, the season to glow! Plus, ever since I first found out about this collaboration, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it.

Here’s a little background information on the palette. It costs $46 and is marketed as $76 worth of product, which seems like a pretty great deal to me! It includes 4 shades:

  • 2 Shimmering Skin Perfectors in Rose Gold and Beach Nectar
  • A Luminous Blush in Hibiscus Bloom
  • A Sunlit Bronzer in Malibu Soleil

According to Sephora.com,

Each shade in this limited-edition palette features BECCA’s iconic, one-of-a-kind formula that blends pigments with liquids to impart an unparalleled, creamy feel that applies like seamless silk and never cakes. Spotlight features with the Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in Beach Nectar—a just-released, exclusive, juicy apricot shade that’s infused with gold, and the Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in Rose Gold—Chrissy’s favorite subtle gold that’s infused with sweet rose. The Sunlit Bronzer in Malibu Soleil has a medium amber hue that evokes a dreamy day at the beach tan, with a soft splash of light so that your skin looks sunkissed. Flush cheeks with the Luminous Blush in Hibiscus Bloom—a new, limited-edition, golden pink coral color. Just mix, layer, and blend these formulas to get your perfect summer glow.

Each of these products applied and blended beautifully! The bronzer was the perfect shade for my skin tone to warm up my complexion. The blush is pigmented so I had to be careful not to apply too much. But I feel even if I did, it blended out so well that it would be too hard to tone it down with some foundation powder.

As for the highlighters, let me start out by saying they are beautiful! I’ve already gone through one of the Becca Champagne Pop Shimmering Skin Perfector because the formula is so amazing! My only problem with the ones in this palette is that the one in the top left of the palette is just slightly too dark for me to use as a highlighter on my skin tone. Although, it would look really beautiful as an eyeshadow!

In the pictures above and below, I’m wearing the bronzer, blush, and Rose Gold Shimmering Skin Perfector.

I think this is a great palette and is definitely worth the $46! It’s also great to travel with since it has most of the products you need to complete your base in one palette.

I hope you enjoyed reading about my thoughts on the BECCA x Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette. Have you tried this palette? If so, what do you think of it?

Until next time,
