• Arbonne Holiday Makeup Review

Hi everyone! Today I’m reviewing two makeup products from the Arbonne 2017 Holiday collection. If you’re new to my blog or haven’t read my older posts, I’m actually an Arbonne Independent Consultant. I was introduced to this amazing company by a sorority sister while job searching after graduation. Arbonne International is a health and wellness company that is all natural, vegan, and follows European guidelines in product production. When I was introduced, I had been doing research on the harmful chemicals in health and wellness products that are sold by well-known companies such as Maybelline, Pantene, and Garnier. Unlike companies in the U.S., Arbonne follows European guidelines, which means that…

  • Summer Faves 2017

Hello everyone! Happy First Day of Autumn! Since Fall is finally here, I thought I’d celebrate with a Summer Faves post. Now that summer is over, I’ve had the chance to evaluate the products I used the most over the past few months. So let’s just jump right in so I can get to the PSL that’s waiting for me at the end of this post! Arbonne Makeup Primer It’s been a while since I announced that I’m an Arbonne Independent Consultant and this is one of the first makeup products I’ve showcased in a favorites post. This is Arbonne’s Makeup Primer. As someone who has oily-combination skin, my T-zone…

  • Birthday Haul 2017

Hello everyone! This past week I celebrated my 24th birthday so I’m keeping this week’s post on the shorter side. This year I kept the celebration pretty casual. My family and I went out to Boudin SF for lunch and had an impromptu photo shoot with the flowers at the mall where the restaurant is. Then later in the day we made a yummy homecooked dinner, saw Wonder Woman, and ended the day with a strawberry champagne cake from Whole Foods (which was delicious!). In today’s post, I’ll be sharing what I received on my birthday. Since I moved, I’ve had a hard time keeping up with blog posts so, thankfully…

  • April Faves

It’s that time of the month again, time for monthly favorites! I’m currently in the middle of packing to move from Southern California to Northern California so I haven’t been shopping for many new products because I don’t want to have to pack them when I leave. Although I haven’t purchased many products, I was able to “shop” through my current makeup collection and rediscovered some amazing products! This list is in no specific order so let’s jump right in! The first product is the NYX Strobe of Genius Illuminating Palette. I bought this at IMATS LA 2017 because I wanted to try different colored highlighters without breaking the bank. However,…

  • Jeffree Star x Manny MUA Collection Review

When this collaboration was first announced, I was so excited and couldn’t wait to get my hands on these products! I love the Velour Liquid Lipsticks and the colors in this collection are absolutely beautiful! I was also excited to finally try the skin frost highlighters since I hadn’t had the chance to purchase one yet. I loved that this collection came as a set in addition to individual items. I was able to purchase the set of all three items, which included two Velour Liquid Lipsticks and one Skin Frost. The lipstick shades are Daddy and I’m Shook and the Skin Frost shade is Eclipse. These products are just…

  • Dose of Colors Baked Highlighter Review

Hello Everyone! Today I’m reviewing the Dose of Colors Baked Highlighter. About a month ago, I purchased the Baked Highlighter in the shade peach glow at IMATS LA. Prior to this purchase, I hadn’t tried anything from Dose of Colors. As a lover of Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop, which I use almost every day, I’m usually pretty skeptical of new highlighters. Although, I’m always willing to try new makeup! Here are some swatches of the product. The swatch on the left was applied dry and the swatch on the right was applied wet. The picture came out darker than expected and editing it made the swatches disappear but hopefully, you get the…
