Hello everyone!
This past weekend, I spent a day enjoying all of the holiday festivities currently at the Disneyland Resort. Both Disneyland and California Adventure have been decorated from head to toe in holiday/ Christmas decorations. Disneyland is already pretty magical but the Holiday season is the most magical time of the year at the parks.
I had an amazing weekend visiting my sister and managed to snap a few pics during my trip that I would love to share with you. I hope you enjoy!
Disneyland
We utilized the Max Pass because we only had one full day to visit the parks. Even though we both have annual passes, I thought it was DEFINITELY worth the extra $10! Having the ability to get fastpasses from your phone and not have to waste time going directly to each ride is great! Right when we entered the park, we took the typical Christmas tree pic, visited my fave Disney pup, and got fastpasses for the two rides that have a holiday overlay (Haunted Mansion and It’s a Small World).🎄
Later in the day, we watched the holiday parade which is one of my favorite parades of all time! The best parts of this parade, in my opinion, are the snowmen and the reindeer. 🎅🏼🤶🏼
Later in the night, we watched the Holiday firework show, played in the “snow” on Main Street, and got some pictures of the castle!
California Adventure
We ended up park-hopping throughout the day to avoid the crowds from the Candlelight Ceremony they hosted in the early evening in Disneyland. While in California Adventure, we rode Radiator Spring Racers, saw all the holiday decor in Carsland, and ate some delicious snacks from the Festival of Holidays.
We didn’t get to see the Holiday World of Color show but we were able to see Carsland at night when it was all lit up!
