Sephora & Ulta Haul

This week I’m going to try to keep things short and sweet. I recently picked up a few things I ran out of at Sephora and Ulta. I got this email and thought I would take advantage of a couple extra samples.

I previously tried the Sephora Collection Charcol Exfoliating Wipes and the Yuzu Cleansing Wipes. As much as I love the exfoliating wipes, most nights I’m using a facial cleansing wipe to remove makeup before washing my face so the exfoliating side was more of a nuisance. The Yuzu wipe was fine too, I just didn’t care for the scent. Since I know I love the cleansing wipes, I decided to pick up a couple of the other scents they offer. So far, I’ve tried the Coconut Water cleansing wipes and I love them!

I’ve wanted to try the Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stains ever since McKenna from simply_kenna posted a video using these in a Holiday lookbook. She featured the newly reformatted cream lip stains and right away I went to the Sephora website. Unfortunately, the newer reformatted lip stains hadn’t been released yet. I hadn’t needed anything from Sephora until now so I threw one in my order to try. I’ve only worn it once but I loved wearing it! It dries down to a comfortable matte and when it eventually wore away, it definitely had left a stain behind. I can’t wait to order some other colors!

My Ulta Order was very simple. I recently had my hair dyed back to my root color (previously I had a soft balayage so the ends were pretty much blonde) and this meant that most of my brow products were the wrong shade. I have been using the NYX Tame & Frame Brow Pomade for years and loved it but I thought this time I would finally try the Anastasia Dip Brow. I’m LOVING this product! It’s a perfect shade match and the staying power. I also picked up the Perfect Brow pencil because the one I was using could no longer be sharpened.

I hope you enjoyed this week’s post!

Until next time,
